Welcome to the website for the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission's
Regional Comprehensive Plan. The plan encompasses the Counties of Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Polk, and St. Croix. As required by Wisconsin Statutes 66.0309(9), regional
planning commissions are required to develop and adopt a master plan for the physical development of their regions which must contain the nine elements under the State Comprehensive Planning Law.The plan
vision and recommendations will be created in bottom-up fashion, largely from the review of existing county and local plans throughout the region, as well as from the input of advisory groups and
participating communities. Again, welcome to the website for our region's comprehensive plan. |
