WCWRPC is currently collaborating with local municipalities to update the Sewer Service Area (SSA) Plan for the Hudson Urban Area.

The Sewer Service Area (SSA) boundary shows those areas with the highest likelihood of potentially being served with sanitary sewer by 2045. The SSA boundary does NOT determine or guarantee that all of these lands will be developed, sewered, or annexed.

NOTE: The current SSA Plan is very outdated and the SSA boundary is based on growth projections through 2020. The Hudson urban area has been growing at a much higher rate than anticipated in 1998. For example, the current plan anticipated that the City of Hudson would have a population of 10,734 in 2020, while the 2020 Census gives the City a population of 14,755, which is 37.5% higher.
