Hudson Urban Sewer Service Area Plan Update
WCWRPC is currently collaborating with local municipalities to update the Sewer Service Area (SSA) Plan for the Hudson Urban Area. It is the current goal to complete the draft plan by the end of 2025.
General Information

The SSA Study Area is the area for which data is being gathered; it is not the SSA boundary.
The SSA Boundary is the area in which sewered growth might reasonably be expected to occur within the next 20 years. The SSA Boundary shown in the map above is from the outdated 1998 SSA Plan.

NOTE: The current SSA Plan is very outdated and the SSA boundary is based on growth projections through 2020. The Hudson urban area has been growing at a much higher rate than anticipated in 1998. For example, the current plan anticipated that the City of Hudson would have a population of 10,734 in 2020, while the 2020 Census gives the City a population of 14,755, which is 37.5% higher.
